Congratulations Colliers and the SFPUC on Disposition of Seven-Properties in Bay Area

Three (3) years ago, the PZLG was part of a team selected by the SFPUC to analyze potential surplus properties in its portfolio. As noted in a recent article by The Registry, the SFPUC has now taken the next step in disposing of some of them by selecting Colliers to market and sell seven (7) identified surplus properties. The Pelosi Law Group is honored to have been able to help the SFPUC take a fresh look at its potential surplus properties and be part of the team that is helping the SFPUC realize the value of those properties for San Francisco rate payers.
