Laurence Pelosi
Laurence is a real estate and land use attorney with over 20 years experience and has been an advisor to developers, real estate private equity funds and family offices in all aspects of real estate entitlement, finance and development. Laurence began his legal career as an Associate at Thelen, LLP before joining Sheppard Mullin. Laurence has also served as an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Director with RBC Capital Markets, Principal at Restore Utah and Senior Advisor to Crow Holdings. Laurence received his BA from UC Berkeley and JD from Georgetown Law.
